In order to create conditions for solving scientific and technical problems in accordance with the priority areas of the Khorezm Academy ofMamun, equipping the laboratory of the Academy with modern scientific and laboratory equipment:

1. 1. To agree with the proposal of the Republican Organizational Committee for the preparation and celebration of the 1000th anniversary of the Khorezm Academy of Mamun for the allocation of$200.000 to the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan due to the Fund for Financing Innovative Scientific and Technical Development for the Purpose and Provision for Equipping Laboratories in the Khorezm Academy of Mamun according to the list of the annex.
2. 2. The Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

Together with the Center for Science and Technology, to organize the purchase of mentioned scientific and laboratory equipment and instrumentson the basis of competitive tenders;

            Together with the Khorezm Academy of Mamun, to ensure the installation and adjustment of the acquired equipment and instruments, as well as the training of personnel for their operation;

            To ensure the targeted and effective use of the acquired equipment and instruments in accordance with the priority activities of the Khorezm Academy of Mamunand the State Scientific and Technical Program of Applied Research for 2006-2008 and subsequent years.

3. To release the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan from customs payments (with the exception of fees for customs clearance) for imported scientific and laboratory equipment and instruments in accordance with the annex.
4. The control over the execution of this order shall be assigned to the deputies of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Kasymov R.S. And Azimov R.S.
