In accordance with the decree No.65 on December 3,1999 State Press Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan gave the publishing right to Khorezm Mamun Academy, to supply with the execution of the command, in the Academy publish office  was organized.

Due to 3^rd section of the decree No.393, ( on august 11, in 1997) of Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan about “Arranging The  Publishing Activities In the Republic Of Uzbekistan”the right of publishing scientific, historical, literary and literary-popular, scientific collections, pamphlets, brochures, recommendations, directions, scientific manuals in Uzbek and foreign languages by their own paper and base of  printing-house was given to Khorezm Mamun Academy. In the office, the judging editors consisting 7 people was formed and the printing house  began its activity. The printing-house was supplied with needy techniques and equipments (rizograph, staplers, laminator, various sewing equipments). In the publishing office, properties of  Khoresm Mamun academy and the needy literatures and books for the activities of academy are printed.
