2. Khorezm Mamun Academy`s Press office was organized according to the decree N.o 65 of the press committee of Uzbekistan. The office has its enrollment certificate. It can be changed in every 5 year.
3. During the actions the office acts according to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. The press office belongs to Khorezm Mamun Academy. It has no separate account, it uses special account number. Financial affairs are managed by the accountancy department of the academy.

2. Duties and actions of the Press office

The publish department deals with typing, making original models, design of the press, brochure and blankets.

1. During the producing activities it accomplishes the following:
2. it determines the cost of its products and improves the quality.
3. On the basis of contract it purchases the needy equipment, paper and other products from the state companies.
4. In order to improve its activities, it can open its branch to sell the products.
5. To develop its actions it can buy and set innovative and modern press equipment.
   • It separates budget from the income : 27% for the wage, 7% for rewards, 40% for the purchase of raw materials, 26% for other expenditure.

3. Control and supervision

• The financial responsibility of the office is on the Head of Khorezm Mamun Academy.
• The responsible person controls and tries to economize the expenditures and budget of purchase the needy equipment.
• The chief accountant makes contracts with  the agreement of the administration, supplies with the accounts between material deliveries, clients, other companies and personas.
• The responsible person, technical supporter and other workers of the office employed and dismissed by the Head of the academy. They are fully responsible for the work they are given.

4.The order of finishing the publish-house office

4.1 The activity of publish-house office is finished according to the arrangement determined in current laws.
