On July 4-6 of this year in the city of Penjikent, on the initiative of the Tajik Pedagogical Institute, an international scientific and practical conference was held on the topic “Actual Issues of Philological, Social, Humanitarian and Natural Sciences in modern times” within the framework of the “VI - s Artuchs Readings”. It was attended by Raufjon Makhmudov, head of the department of social and humanitarian sciences of the Khorezm Mamun Academy, Doctor of Philology, senior researcher, and Dilmurod Bobojonov, senior researcher of the department, candidate of historical sciences. During the conference, participants enjoyed the beautiful landscapes of the Fan Mountains of Tajikistan, and also got acquainted with the mausoleum of Abu Abdullah Rudaki and the historical monuments of Sarazm. Following the conference, an agreement was reached to sign a memorandum of cooperation between the Khorezm Mamun Academy and the Tajik Pedagogical Institute.
