From July 7 to 10 of this year, Tashkent and Samarkand hosted a major international scientific event — the 1st International Islamic Forum titled "Islamic Civilization: The Path of Peace, Tolerance, and Enlightenment." Along with prominent local and foreign scholars, researchers from the Khwarazm Ma'mun Academy actively participated in the international scientific conference "Central Asia: The Land of Convergence of Ideas, Discoveries, and Civilizations," organized as part of the forum.
The conference conducted its work across four sessions covering highly relevant topics. Dr. D. Rajabova (PhD in History), Senior Researcher at the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities, and M. Abdullayeva, Junior Researcher at the department, successfully demonstrated the academy's scientific potential on this prestigious platform.
Notably, during the second session titled "Knowledge Disseminated from Central Asia: Scholars, Schools, and Discoveries," Dr. D. Rajabova presented a report on "The Historical Heritage of the Khwarazm Ma'mun Academy and Universal Human Values." The presentation provided a profound analysis of the academy’s invaluable contribution to the development of regional and global science and civilization through a modern prism, sparking great interest among the participants.
