In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 113 dated July 14, 2025, “On Additional Measures to Further Support Promising Initiatives in the Implementation of Reforms,” the practice of organizing the “Kelajak uchun” (“For the Future”) Forum of Promising Initiatives was introduced in the country. More than 1,300 proposals and initiatives were submitted by the public to the forum.

On May 22, 2026, an award ceremony for the authors of the forum’s “TOP-10” initiatives was held at the Agency for Strategic Development and Reforms. At this forum, Senior Researcher of the Khorezm Mamun Academy, Mansur Allanazarovich Ashirov, participated with his initiative project entitled “Research on the Conservation and Cultivation Technology of Cistanche spp. in Natural Conditions” and was awarded a winner’s certificate and a cash prize.

These promising initiatives will now be presented at a forum to be held with the participation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. An action plan for their implementation has also been approved.

The “Kelajak uchun” Forum serves to involve the wider public in the implementation of people-oriented reforms, create an open platform for dialogue on promising initiatives, and support the selection and encouragement of innovative ideas.
