There was a ceremonial party in the ‘’Uzbekistan’’ international conference hall on  December 7 devoted to the 24^th anniversary of adaption of the Republic Constitution. Statesmen and public officials, specimen of science, culture, art and sport, broad community, representatives of foreign countries’ embassies and consular offices of international organizations functioning in our homeland participated it.    

    Meeting was opened by R. Usmonov, the mayor of the city of Toshkent.

    State anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan sounded out.

    Elected president of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev gave public speech.

  Shavkat Mirziyoyev said that all the achievements and triumphs gained by our people during the years of independence, high rated development of our economy had shown clearly the life giving power of the Constitution, the deeply thinking of the rules and norms presented in it, it owns strong basis in all spheres.

The reforms inriched with the spirit of humanity are fertilizing more and more effects in increasing the lifestyle of our people, providing all mod conse and development of our country, rising the reputation of our motherland in world co-society and training powerful and mature young generation.

Year 2016 was announced as the Year of Healthy mother and child in our native land on the initiative of our first President Islam Karimov.

Widely extended works were fulfilled in order to fortify the health of mother and child, up bring physiologically healthy, smart minded generation on the basis of State program worked in this term.

The actions assigned in this program covered all the areas of our country and showed clearly that this idea became public movement, due to the fact that state representatives  and non-govermental organizations, social structures, product enterprises, business partners took part actively in carrying out our great ambition as training healthy generation.

 Shavkat Mirziyoyev mentioned that it had become good tradition to give a particular name to each forthcomming year on the initiative of our First President, a special state program was worked in this field and complex actions were implemented.

 It was offered to announce upcoming new 2017 year as the "Year of communication with people and human benefits" in our republic, according to the tradition commenced by the founder of our Independence. This proposal was supported by the assembly members with a storm of applause.

The ‘’Vatan manzumasi’’ literary-musical guide-bar was presented in the commomoration ceremony.
